Coronavirus Update: Susquehanna Valley Community Mental Health Services is committed to the health and safety of our community.  In an effort to ensure ongoing services, we are temporarily moving to telehealth services. Very limited onsite appointments will be available at the clinician's discretion. Please call the office at

717-739-6576 if you need assistance.

Our Story

We opened our doors in March of 2015 with the intention of making mental health services available to all who are in need. Our offices were located in the center of town, so that people could access our services from all surrounding areas with ease.

As we began providing care, we discovered that many people in York and Adams Counties were struggling with trauma; indeed it seemed everyone who came to us was struggling with a trauma history.  As our staff already had experience serving those with trauma, it was easy to see that our primary purpose in the community was to fill the void in trauma care.

Our staff has specialized training in evidence-based treatments for trauma and addictions, and we are constantly striving to make ourselves better clinicians. We do not discriminate based on race or ethnicity, socioeconomic status, religion, or sexual preference. ALL ARE WELCOME HERE!
